A support email address will be listed here before launch. For a problem in the app, use Settings → Report a problem. It sends what you were doing and lets us fix it faster.
Common questions
How do I join an event? Open the Live tab, enter the code the organizer gave you, then pick your name.
Why can’t I see everyone’s scores? You see other players’ scores only through the holes you have entered yourself, so early finishers can’t spoil the field. Enter your holes to see more.
Does the app move money? No. It shows who owes whom. You settle directly with each other.
How do I cancel Premium? In the App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Google Play: profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. You can restore purchases in the app’s Settings.
How do I delete my data? Settings → Delete account and stored data. To delete your data from a live event, or the details you left on the organizer form, contact us.
A course’s ratings look wrong. Course data can be out of date. Edit the course in the app, or send us the club’s current scorecard.
